MEDICAL, VISION, AND DENTAL INSURANCE

We offer Blue Cross Blue Shield group health insurance with a low deductible plan that is 80% paid by the company as well as child and family plans with low deductibles, a prescription drug plan, and supplemental vision and dental plans.

SHORT AND LONG TERM DISABILITY

We offer supplemental policies to cover employees if an illness or disability keeps you from work.

LIFE INSURANCE

Employees can purchase supplemental coverage for yourself and family.

Invest in our 401(k) savings plan through pre-tax or Roth payroll deductions. We sweeten the deal with a company match based on a percentage of employee contributions.

Our paid time off plans is based on years of service and accrued throughout the year based on the following:

  • 1-2 years of service: 13 days personal time off
  • 3-5 years of service: 16 days personal time off
  • 5-7 years of service: 19 days personal time off
  • 8-10 years of service: 21 days personal time off
  • More than 10 years: 25 days personal time off

HOLIDAYS

Employees receive 6 paid holidays per year.

BEREAVEMENT

In the event of a death in the immediate family, we provide paid leave to handle matters related to death and grieving.

PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATION

We expect all our qualified technical professionals to apply for state registration as soon as they are able. To help out, we cover 100% of the initial registration fee and annual renewals. In addition, we pay time off to take the exam on the day of the exam.

PROFESSIONAL SOCIETY MEMBERSHIPS

To demonstrate our commitment to ethical and professional standards, we cover your yearly membership fees.

TECHNICAL CERTIFICATION

We encourage our employees to seek technical recognition through certification. For eligible employees, we cover 100% of the initial certification and annual renewal fees.
