We offer Blue Cross Blue Shield group health insurance with a HMO plan with 80% paid by the company for employee only as well as child and family plans with low deductible, a prescription drug plan as well as supplemental vision and dental plans.

We offer supplemental policies to cover employees if an illness or disability keeps you from work.
Employees can purchase supplemental coverage for yourself and family.

Our paid time off plans is based on years of service and accrued throughout the year based on the following:
- 1-2 Years of Service: 13 Days Personal Time Off
- 3-5 Years of Service: 16 Days Personal Time Off
- 5-7 Years of Service: 19 Days Personal Time Off
- 8-10 Years of Service: 21 Days Personal Time Off
- Over 10 Years: 25 Days Personal Time Off
Employees receive 6 paid holidays per year.

We encourage our employees to seek technical recognition through certification. For eligible employees, we cover 100 percent of initial certification and annual renewal fees.
