Since its founding in 1972, the company has evolved from a residential surveying business into a full-service land surveying, mapping, and engineering firm.
1970
August 1970 marked the founding of Leonard W. Frank Surveying, laying the groundwork for what would become a vital service provider in the oil and gas industry.
1998 saw the company rebrand to Frank Surveying,
reflecting its evolving role and growing reputation.

In 2005, the company became incorporated as Frank Surveying Co. Inc. Solidifying its presence and commitment in the industry.
2006 saw Matt and Valorie Loessin take ownership of Frank Surveying Co. Inc., ushering in a new era of leadership.

January 2008 marked a key achievement as Matt became a Texas Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS). Enhancing the company’s expertise in the field.
In 2011, the company expanded its reach by opening a new office in Fort Worth, strengthening its presence in the oil and gas industry.

2013 created more opportunities for the company by opening a new office in Midland, Texas, to support growing operations.
In 2016, the company rebranded as FSC INC and broadened its offerings by incorporating engineering services.
