FSC INC is proud to welcome John Legere, RPLS, to our growing team as a Registered Professional Land Surveyor. John brings more than a decade of hands-on experience in land surveying, with a strong focus on complex projects in the oil and gas industry across major U.S. energy regions.

Experienced Registered Professional Land Surveyor Joins FSC INC

John graduated from Texas A&M University – College Station in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Spatial Sciences, along with a minor in Forestry. Over the past 12+ years, he has developed deep technical expertise in land surveying, project management, and field operations.

For the last decade, John has specialized in the upstream and midstream oil and gas sectors, supporting critical surveying projects across the Eagle Ford, Delaware, and Midland Basins. His ability to deliver precise, reliable results in fast-paced and high-demand environments has made him a trusted professional in the industry.

Multi-State Licensed RPLS with Federal Certification

John is currently licensed as a Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) in:

• Texas

• Oklahoma

• New Mexico

• Colorado

In addition, he holds the prestigious Certified Federal Surveyor (CFedS) designation through the Bureau of Land Management, further strengthening his ability to support complex federal and multi-jurisdictional surveying projects.

His multi-state licensure enhances FSC INC’s capability to serve clients across a broader geographic footprint while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Expanding Expertise and Future Growth

John continues to advance his professional credentials and is scheduled to sit for his Louisiana RPLS licensure exam this June. He is also actively pursuing additional state licenses to further expand FSC INC’s service capabilities nationwide.
