FSC, Inc. assisted JM Davidson with survey support for the restoration and rebuilding of Cole Park Pier in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Our survey technicians, CAD techs, and project managers redundantly reviewed engineered drawings and CAD models to calculate foundation locations and elevations. Our surveyors staked each foundation location on the ground and over the water by aligning a template system for each pile and driven to engineered elevation. After all driven piles were installed, our team performed an as-built survey to assure all driven piles were accurately installed per plan location, elevation, and tolerance. Last, we aligned the pile caps 7 pier panels over the driven piles to the proper orientation and provided the client with the final as-built report via PDF and Excel format.
